BERTOCCHI PURREE / DE-AERATOR SKID:
NEW = 2018. System ran a little in 2019, and was shut down in approximately 2022 so there are not too many hours on the system. Manuals readily available
- BERTOCCHI Model VXD-5 mono-skid. There is no filler or sterilizer part of this unit. The system does have a deaerator that is part of the skid.
- We ran several different vegetables that were grown in the area – kale, spinach, carrots, pumpkins, butternut squash, corn, peas, etc. We also ran Dark Sweet cherries and apples through the system.
- The system was designed to run 5 tons per hour MULTIPLE PRODUCTS.
- The unit can pump out 7+ tons per hour. We pumped around 30 GPM based on the RPM’s of the motor.
- It can run apple sauce with the right screens in the finisher. The system is designed to run the product cold if needed. The cold process does produce a significantly higher quality product.
