•This machine was purchased for its versatility - it handles a wide range of pouch sizes from just 4" wide to 16" wide. PLANT ran over a dozen different bags over the machine
•Additionally, the machine is self adjusting for pouch size variations making it great for anyone that runs multiple pouch sizes
•Operation and design is modern being fully servo driven rather than operating off of Cam drives.
•Previous Use = Frozen and Fresh fruits, mostly cranberries
•Pouches per minute we would average about 30, however it can get up to 35.
NORTECH was purchased by TISHMA = Machine was previously called the Roo-100 , it is now called the Flex-7. The new version has the same working principles and operation.
This machine had full retro-fit kit in Fall of 2023 to bring machine to NEW / IMPROVED design.
