#5271 ORICS M/N VGFR-40, S/N FE-3416, Fruit cup filling line, 4 up de-nester, 3 hand filing stations 30' long conveyor feeds the Orics sealer. The Orics sealing area is roughly 9" x 16 3/4". This took a 2 x 4 x 1 pattern of cups by suction cup from the feed conveyor and fed into the sealer. The ejected the sealed cups single file into the ADCO cup sleeving machine. (The ADCO is designed to sleeve 3 cups and hotglue the corrugated around the cups. The cups slide through holes and support themselves, at speeds of up to 50 trays per minute). Adco Model 12WAD-50 Cup Sleeving machine. The cup size is 70mm inside top ring, 2 1/2" deep, has vacuum discharge to lift cups out of sealing machine. There is an automatic lifing mechnism to lift cups out of the indexing conveyor and transfer them to the sealing machine. The current cup is roughly 2 7/8" diameter x 2 1/2" tall.
