Refrigeration skid was previously used as a "pumpout" system.  One can connect this system to move both refrigerant liquid and refrigerant vapor, depending upon how the transfer hoses were connected.
Yes, this system "could" operate as a condensing package.  The compressor is a 30hp machine, so approx. 25TR is possible for chiller or cold room usage.  FYR - There is additional FRICK compressor pack = 50hp package and would go right on this skid to increase the capacity to approx. 35-40TR.  It could even be added into the existing system for a dual-compressor system.  Extra money there too, of course, but would make the skid more versatile.
Yes, compressor runs.  It needs an upgrade to the microprocessor control.  The micro works, runs the compressor, but the displays do not show up correctly and are hard to see.I know where a FRICK LX panel can be acquired to affect such an upgrade, for an additional cost.
Yes, condenser works.  It is not totally leak free on the water side and it needs the eliminators replaced.  The refrigerant side of condenser is good.  We think the condenser is approx. 80TR at nominal conditions, but the info will tell us for sure.
This system could be used on either ammonia or freon, such as freon 22 or its equivalent.  A change to the TXV that supplies refrigerant to the machine for oil cooling would need be made for operation on freon.
